Who we are

McKay Property Solutions Ltd, company number 12926793, is responsible for the personal information described here. Our registered office is 81 Plover Way, Norway Dock, London, England, SE16 7TS.

For privacy questions, email info@mckaypropertysolutions.co.uk or write to our registered office.

Information we use

When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, property or postcode if supplied, and the information you include in your message. Please provide only what we need to understand your enquiry; avoid sending financial account details, identity documents or sensitive information through this form.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss our services and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requested enquiries and operating our property-management business. Where we take steps at your request towards a contract with you personally, that processing may also be necessary before entering into that contract.

We do not add website enquirers to a marketing mailing list. We do not make automated decisions about you from your enquiry.

How information is delivered

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. When direct form delivery is available, messages are transmitted through Resend to our business mailbox. If the form opens your email application, your message is sent through your own email provider instead.

These providers process information to host, secure and deliver communications. We do not sell enquiry information. We share it with other advisers or contractors only where needed to deal with your request, with appropriate arrangements, or where the law requires it.

Our providers may process information outside the UK. When used for direct delivery, Resend stores message content and delivery logs in the United States. Its data-processing agreement includes Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum for these transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while needed to respond, follow up or manage the resulting business relationship, and review it for deletion when it is no longer needed. Relevant records may be retained longer where needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend a claim.

Property-management clients may receive additional information about records handled as part of their appointment.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use and measure successful enquiries from our Google Ads campaigns. Measurement is enabled automatically unless you have turned it off in this browser. It can include pages visited, browser and device information, advertising click identifiers, and a cookie identifier.

Use “Turn analytics off” at the bottom of any page to stop measurement. We also respect rejections saved through our previous cookie banner. Turning analytics off does not affect the enquiry form or your access to the website.

We send a successful-enquiry event only after the website confirms that your message was accepted for delivery. We do not send your name, email address, property details or enquiry message in these events. We do not enable Google signals or personalised advertising.

We remember an opt-out in this browser until you turn analytics back on or clear the stored preference, where browser storage is available. Optional Google Analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days from their last update. Turning analytics off stops measurement and clears the Google measurement cookies available to this website; it does not remove information already sent to Google.

Google may process measurement information outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Our hosting and security services may also use cookies or similar technology needed to operate the site. Your analytics preference and, while measurement is enabled, a record to prevent duplicate enquiry measurement are stored in your browser.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Please raise any privacy concern with us so we can investigate. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
