New contract drafting between Landlord & Tenant(s)

Renewal of tenancy after fixed period has ended

Costs associated in advertising and sourcing a suitable tenant 

Should the landlord wish to terminate the management agreement (with sourced tenants in situ) then a  Termination Fee to the Agent equivalent to one month's rent based on the most recent rental amount achieved is due. This fee compensates the Agent for continued benefit derived from the tenancy introduced by the Agent. 

£200/per unit per annum

Yearly accounts due for filing. Accountancy services are out-sourced

fee based on total job value

Hourly rate charged for services onsite/labour 

Admin charges associated with works

RICS certified property valuations

Probate reports for estate

Commission percentage based on sale price of property
